Total...

We are still waiting for some payment from some people; so I don't want to get your hopes up...but, we had 15 people weigh in yesterday!!

How did everyone's weekend go?

  1. Hello everyone...hope all is keeping warm and healthy. I think the top 10 contestants for percentage....because you know you tried! Keep up the good work. What do you do when you are hungry...and your stomach is growling and you have drank lots of water!

  2. Nancy - try eating a few almonds if you are still hungry. 20 Whole Almonds are about 120 calories.

  3. or grab a piece of fruit and have that...my favorite snack is an apple with 1 tbsp of peanut butter...oh how I love that!

  4. Both of what Reenie & Stevie say is true- the apple & pb are both filled with fiber and protein; which keep you fuller longer. Make good choices throughout the day- focusing on increased protein and fiber.
