Both of what Reenie & Stevie say is true- the apple & pb are both filled with fiber and protein; which keep you fuller longer. Make good choices throughout the day- focusing on increased protein and fiber.

Nancy - try eating a few almonds if you are still hungry. 20 Whole Almonds are about 120 calories.

or grab a piece of fruit and have that...my favorite snack is an apple with 1 tbsp of peanut butter...oh how I love that!
