Biggest LOSER of the week is....

KARI!!!

I just wanted to ask if you could all submit your weight to me as soon as you can on Saturdays so I can get this out to all on Saturday evening...please!

Also, before I list everyone's weight, I will have to say that EVERYONE did a GREAT job with this weight loss, with week one's grand total of weight lost=61.1lbs!

Finally...the list:

Finally, I don't have enough time today as my husband is home and I want to have some family time...but tomorrow, I plan on posting 'The Biggest Loser' CHALLENGE! Yes, that's right; and it will indeed have an incentive; so be sure to check back tomorrow to see what the CHALLENGE is...so you can enter! There will be a time limit to complete the CHALLENGE.

Good luck with week 2. Stay focused, keep your mind on your goal, write down EVERYTHING you eat, move more, and, find something about yourself that you LOVE!

  2. Great job, Kari!! Yes, I agree. Everyone did an AMAZING job this week. Keep up the motivation and good choices for the weeks to come! It certainly will get tougher to shed the pounds as the weeks roll on. So, make sure to keep your body guessing. For example...

    1. Don't eat the same foods every day.
    2. Change up your work out routine.
    3. Vary your caloric intake.
    4. Drink more water.

  6. thanks everyone...and this second week is much harder!!! (esp, as you women know, due to certain hormonal things! lol). I am back on my 3-11:30 shift this week, which always screws up my sleep, eating and life in general. Trying hard, and enjoying the complete support and encouragement I am receiving from Bill (and everyone else) every day! He has been wonderful at encouraging me! :) Great job to everyone else also, and even if we aren't the winners, we still win, right???? :)
