I am really proud of Chris for changing his eating habits and it really inspired me to kick some bad habits myself. He has so much will power, which I was lacking for so long. But I felt so weak knowing he could do it and I couldn't. So, I finally got on the band wagon just in time for the last week of our Round 2 challenge. lol But now I am feeling so ready to take it to the next level. I have always been a work-out-aholic and I have FINALLY admitted to myself that it's more about what you put into your body than what you work off. Exercise is great, but if you are eating crappy food all the time, your workouts are not going to be as intense and you are not going to look (or feel) as good as you want to. No food can taste as good as you will feel when you are eating a well balanced diet! If you have done this challenge more than once and you are not seeing the results you want, you definitely need to change what you're putting in your mouth! Great job everyone and good luck if you are journeying along for Round 3!!!
