I want to....

...hear from you!!!  I'm tired of doing all of the talking!  So, I want to know; how do you feel everything is going with this group?  What are your comments?  Suggestions?  Concerns for the next round? Ultimately, without you, I wouldn't be as far as I am in this weight loss journey, so I encourage your feedback, the good, the bad & ugly, got it!?!  Good!

And, thus far, we have 9 people for the next round, 2 new people! If you want to do the next round, but are  wishing something would be done differently....it's an open forum!!!

Thank you for all your encouragement the past seven weeks, you all are awesome!

I think everything was fine this time, we all live and learn by trial and error in life, If you asked me to change one thing in the program is that we should all have to share one good recipe for good sensible meal or snack each week I think that would be something fun not to mention it would help us all out with new ideas, I know that their were something that have been mentioned but if we all helped out it would work better! The weigh in time right in the middle of saturday why not on monday or some day during the week? Just some suggestions for you to have for round #2!

  2. I truly love being a part of this group. I have to say that I really like having to weigh in on Saturdays because Monday thru Friday I don't believe I would find the time.
    I would love if others would share what kind of workout program they are in and what seems to make a difference for them.
    I am looking forward to round 2. And most importantly, thank you Lynsey for being such a GREAT inspiration and always finding the best in all of us!!!! Jillian could learn a thing or two from you.

  3. Hello...everyone...hope your ready for round two!!! Spring is just around the corner, new beginnings for all. I like weighing in on Saturday's and would like to keep it the same day. I would like to hear from everyone..seems like the same people respond and any ideas..that we can do as a group..thing of a challenge..too. Thanks to Lynsey for agreeing to helping with the percentages, keeping us focus and with that she is doing great too! Thanks so much!!! Let's hear from everyone this week...and in the future if you plan on going forward..new beginnings ;)

  4. Hello! I want to first off say CONGRATS to everyone! You are just a few days away from the end of round 1, and for those that have decided to do round 2 it is a great decision!!! I know that I am looking forward to it!

    I would like to say that I look at this blog every day to see if there are new updates. I get so excited to see who the biggest loser is of the week, even if it isn't me, I get excited for the person because i know that they have made many efforts to become that biggest loser! I would like to see people make more comments on the blog...I know people are reading it, and if you read it why not comment on it. I use this blog as a motivation tool in a way, and I have also learned things from reading it. Lynsey does a great job on giving us information to read and learn from. I would like to see more people participate in the challneges that are given and I would also like to see more challenges. I personally might not have completed all the challenges as I couldn't give up coffee on the week that we were to only drink water, but I tried, and that is what is important.

    Good luck to everyone in round 2!!!! I look forward to hearing from you all!!!!

  5. Hello all! Thank you for commenting! All of these sounds great and definately something we can move forward with round #2. I can definatly add some of these suggestions, including reciepes for round #2. Also, I appreciate all of the comments and suggestions. I need to know what it is that you want to hear? Where are you with knowledge of lising weight? What are your biggest hiccups, that I could then create challenges? This next round, I think there will be a little bit more work asked of you- but in the end, it will be so it will help you...for when the scale isn't moving, so on and so forth! I'm excited that most all of you are returning, would like to see a few more return, and I'm excited that we have some new people as well. Be prepared for a few new changes come round #2 FUN changes that is!

  6. I am looking forward to the fun challenges for round 2! I am hoping I will finally be able to figure out this whole working out and eating science. That is my biggest "hiccup" if you ask me. I am motivation, and I have total will power, which surprises me, but the whole science of it is the challenge for me.
