Biggest Loser of the week...

...is Stevie!  Way to go Stevie! 

I am not going to post who lost what percentage just because there are only three of you and that's kind of silly to do. 

Challenge of the week....go to myfitnesspal.com and log all your food consumption....and water intake.  I know- tedious- but to me- that site is amazing to see how much you consume via carbs, sugars, etc....not to mention fat grams and calories.  I know you all are a part of that site already so there is no joining it- but I will ask to be consistent with that for the next five weeks.

Also, please continue to move and....drink that good ole' h20!

  1. Thanks so much for the post and the challenge! I am looking forward to doing this one as I have been very consistant with that site for the past month. I just adjusted the calories I had to take so my fun challenge will be seeing if I can not go over now cause before I wasn't eating them all. Good luck girls!!!

  2. Great JOB Stevie..and this site is amazing..and it helps..if you go over..then get our butts outside and do something to make up extra calories!!! Keep up the good job...and good luck to everyone!

  4. Good job you two! I started writing my food down, but haven't made it to the website yet. This site really helped me last time so I need to get back in the habit and force myself to find time to do it.
