Here we go!

Congrats to you for wanting to do this- yet again!   A few things for this round have changed- read below and please confirm that this is something that you really want to commit to.  If you do, then I am here to help you.  If you don't, I won't judge you- but just ask that you don't agree as it would end up being a "waste" of my time.  (I know- that sounds mean-sorry-it's early).

1.  There will be NO COST for this round.  The winner will be the one with the most percentage of weight loss.  
2.  I will be "paid" by your successes.  However, I don't want you to lie if you gained, we ALL have those weeks where we do EVERYTHING we should and more- and gained.  All I ask is for you to be honest with me- and yourself.
3. Have fun with this- it's a lifestyle change- and something we all need to do.

For this week- there will be NO weighing in.  There will be NO CHALLENGES.  All I ask is for you to begin your own weight loss journey on your own.   I ask you to try to be a bit more fit- finding time to exercise-even if it's only 20 minutes.  I'm asking you to become more aware of your food intake- not asking to limit anything- just be aware of proportions.  Finally, I ask that you find the time to MEET with me to set up a list of goals.

On Sunday, July 31st- I would like everyone to weigh in and submit their weights to me- either e-mail or facebook or text.  From there- we will run this contest for six weeks-ending September 11th.

  1. Hello...daughter!! and neice and friend!! I am looking forward for something to keep me more responsible in this journey. I have new beginnings again and this will help keep me focused! I am so thankful for the opportunity to have someone other than myself...keep the focus or remind us of the focus for a healthier life. Looking forward to the challenge!

  3. I love that we are all such a support for eachother!!! I do so well on the eating but I have gotten lazy on the workouts! I need to keep reminding myself that I loved working out...why do I keep finding excuses?!? Thank you to everyone that wants to do this and be a support!
