Finally, I would like to announce this round is going to put me into a break from the Biggest Loser. Life for me has gotten so busy, that I really don't think that I am here for you as much as I would like to be. I want to wish you all the best and congratulate you on your weight loss. I also want you to know that if you need any help with anything, that I am here for you- you can always send me an e-mail or catch me up on facebook. ReplyDeleteLynsey, you did a fabulous job on everything and i think it is pretty amazing that you found the time at ALL! Congrats to everyone on their weightloss. It's a great acomplishment and you should be proud no matter how much the total amount was! For me, it was all a little motivation to not eat the stuff i would normally shove in my face. It made me rethink "am i really gonna eat that. I have to weigh in on Sat". I didn't lose a ton but enough that people are beginning to notice. For me, that was a big enough success. That made me feel good! I will try to keep my better eating habits even though we won't be keeping posted!
